Senior Oracle ADF/Webcenter portal architect

Requirements:
– Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of technical systems integration experience with at least 6 years of experience designing and implementing Oracle’s WebCenter platform
– Thorough understanding of WebCenter Portal and Content management architecture as well as SOA and Identity Management platforms.
– Experience integrating to SaaS solutions is highly desireable.
– Collaborate with the technical and functional team to understand the business and performance requirements to define a detailed sizing of the infrastructure components required to support the implementation of Oracle Webcenter and Content Platform
– In coordination with the infrastructure team install and configure the Oracle Webcenter platform required to support the business requirements
– Review the application design and implementation of the Webcenter platform including integration to other applications, to ensure scalability, performance and supportability of the solution
– Provide guidance and support as required to the other team members to successfully implement and migrate existing systems to Webcenter
– Provide necessary support for the installation and implementation of the Webcenter platform across all the environments
– Define and implement a HA, failover and backup strategy for each of the environments based on defined requirements
– Lead and execute the migration and deployment of solution configurations across environments, using automation as a key criteria.
– Provide support to analyze and perform necessary configurations to performance tune the environment including the OS, database, and the Webcenter application on Weblogic.
– Act as the Subject Matter Expert in Root cause analysis and resolution for infrastructure issues identified in the application environment

Roles and Responsibilities:
– The tasks this individual is responsible are often unstructured and the issues addressed are less defined, requires creative approaches.
– This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation.
– Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.
– This individual must work effectively with Staff to CTO level employees within the function, across functions and with external parties.
– Limited supervision and direction is provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently.
– The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.
– To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others.

Education & Experience:
– A minimum of 8 years of experience is required; 9 to 11 years of experience is preferred.
– A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required; or equivalent experience.
– Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.

Senior Oracle SOA/EBS Architect

Requirements:

-Should have total IT experience of approx 10 years, which includes at least 7 years on Oracle Fusion Middleware.
-Should have managed & delivered at least4-5 end to end large integration projects in  Oracle Fusion Middleware with core responsibility in the role of Technical/Solution Architect and overall project delivery management.
-Should be able to build/review solutions/architectures/designs/service spec and estimates involving Oracle Fusion Middleware components like Oracle Service Bus ,Oracle SOA Suite & Oracle Data Integrator.
-Should be able to mentor and manage a workforce in  SOA technology areas specially in Oracle Service Bus 11g.
-Certificate on  Oracle Fusion Middleware will be added advantage.
-Strong exposure to SOA Governance, SOA road map, SOA Capability & Maturity model.
-Should have experience on different Oracle project methodologies – Implementation, Global Rollouts, Upgrades.
Primary Skills (Must have):
-Oracle Service Bus-OSB proxy service , business service , complex message flow, various OSB constructs , Error handling , security ,Reporting, Monitoring etc.
-Oracle SOA Suite – BPEL , Mediator , Adapter ,BAM , Error handling.
-XML ,XSLT ,XQuery,WSDL,SOAP ,WS-BPELJCA Adapetrs,WS-Policy,WS-Security,WS-Addressing & other WS-* standards.
-Experience in Java

Secondary Skills (Nice to have):
-Oracle Data Integrator.

Senior Salesforce developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform Salesforce.com configuration and Force.com custom development using Salesforce objects and entities like Page Layouts, Standard and Custom Objects, Approval Processes/Workflows, Apex and Visual Force code, etc.
– Strong knowledge of the architecture and working principles of all of the above are required. Must be a confident, self-starter individual who can completely “own” the delivery of high value work products. Interface with business users and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products.
– Another key responsibility is to perform configuration & release management using DreamFactory’s Snapshot or Eclipse with the Force.com plugin.
– Apply knowledge to ensure deliverables from multiple development work threads follow robust release management disciplines and procedures. Must be able to maintain documentation of configurations and releases in our knowledge base Wikis.
– In addition to standard Salesforce.com implementation, our environment includes major custom solutions with Force.com, and interfaces to other systems like Peoplesoft and custom solutions developed in .Net, SQLServer and Business Intelligence/Analytics tools. Our implementation supports 600 internal and thousands of external portal users. The opportunity exists to grow into an enterprise-level technical architect.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelors degree is required in a related field. A minimum of 1 years of Salesforce.com experience is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a software development/information technology environment. Formal certifications like Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator, etc. are preferable.
– Strong programming experience and knowledge of SQL, scripting and SFDC programming environments (Apex, Visual Force, etc.) required. Experience with SalesForce.com development in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management experience, required. Experience with Jira, Conga Merge, DemandTools, Remedy, etc is a huge plus.
– Strong knowledge of Agile SDLCs and systems engineering principles required. Financial Services Industry experience is desirable, but not required.
